At Smash Volleyball, we offer age-appropriate programs designed to help players build skills, gain confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the game. Whether your child is brand new to volleyball or looking for a more competitive team experience, our programs focus on quality coaching, positive environments, and meaningful development at every stage. - Weekly Programs: Spring (no Fall or Winter options)
Program Descriptions:
New! Fall Teams: A team-based program for players who did not make their school Grade 8, 9, or 10 team. Players participate in Smash tryouts in late September, and those selected (approximately 70%-80% of attendees) will be placed on teams. Players are assigned to teams based on friend requests and practice location preferences.

- Season length: 7–8 weeks
- Practice t-shirt included and uniform to use during the season
Development Teams: Offering girls 13U/14U in winter, girls 15U/16U in spring, and boys 13U/14U in spring. This program is for intermediate-level players looking to continue developing their skills with a team. Players attend tryouts and are assigned to teams based on friend requests and practice location preferences.

Weekly Programs:
- Skills & Games: A balanced program focused on both learning and play. Sessions include 50% skill development and 50% gameplay, giving athletes the chance to practice techniques and apply them in real game situations.
- Grades: 4–11
- Beginner, intermediate, advanced. All genders.
- Length: 5–7 weeks
- Compete: Designed for players who want maximum game experience. This program features 10% skill development and 90% team play, emphasizing competition, teamwork, and match play.
- Grades: 7–11
- Intermediate, advanced. Girls or Co-ed.
Camps: High-energy camps offered during Winter holidays, Spring break, and Summer. Camps focus on skill development, gameplay, and fun in a supportive environment.
